- Enrollment periods: Paul Mitchell The School usually begins a new day cosmetology classes about every five (5) weeks; night cosmetology classes about every eighteen (18) weeks, three day cosmetology classes about every thirteen (13) weeks, and cosmetology instructor training classes about every twelve (12) weeks, depending upon space availability.
