Make up time will be allowed within the following parameters: A Future Professional cannot earn more than 10 hours a day and/or 48 hours a week via North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts.

| 3-DAY Future Professionals | can make up time on Monday night from 5:30PM-10:00PM, Friday and/or Saturday from 9:30AM-5:00PM. |
| 4-Night Future Professionals | can make up time by coming in as early as 12:00 PM Tuesday-Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday 9:30AM-5:00PM |
| Core and/or Protégé Future Professional | are not allowed to make up time till reaching the Adaptive phase of school. |
*As a reminder when making up time on Friday and Saturday a Future Professional must arrive by 9:30 AM and must stay till either 1:30 PM or 5PM. If a future Professional arrives after 9:30 AM on Friday and/or Saturday they will be turned away for make up time.
Core and/or Protégé Future Professional are not allowed to make up time till reaching the Adaptive phase of school.
