Make up time will be allowed within the following parameters: A Future Professional cannot earn more than 10 hours a day and/or 48 hours a week via North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts.

| 5-DAY Future Professionals | can make up time Tuesday through Thursday from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM ( No make up time available for 5 Day Future Professionals on Friday or Monday). |
| 3-DAY Future Professionals | can make up time on Monday or Friday from 9:30AM-5:00PM. |
| 4-Night Future Professionals | can make up time by coming in as early as 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday, Friday 9:30AM-5:00PM |
| Core and/or Protégé Future Professional | are not allowed to make up time till reaching the Adaptive phase of school. |
*As a reminder when making up time on Friday a Future Professional must arrive by 9:30 AM or 1:30 PM and must stay till either 1:30 PM or 5:00 PM. If a Future Professional arrives late on a make up day they will be turned away from make up time.
